C4 Leaders founder has over 25 years of coaching high school, college, and professional
basketball. He has been playing since he was young and played for four years at the University
of San Francisco. Our team building trainings are similar to our leadership trainings (focus on
developing C4) but with more of a team focus. C4 values are applicable to any team whether it
is sports, schools, management, board, executive…we help all teams RISE TOGETHER!
